Candidates must achieve a scaled score of 700 out of 1000 or higher to demonstrate foundational competence and earn their official certification.

Achieving this certification provides a direct entry pathway into junior analytical and operational roles, such as Cloud Data Assistant, Business Intelligence Analyst, Junior Database Administrator, and Data Operations Coordinator. Successful candidates are ideally positioned to progress toward role-based Microsoft Associate credentials, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203), Azure Database Administrator Associate (DP-300), or Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300). Furthermore, this qualification establishes a solid technical foundation for executive post-candidate study in data governance and cloud analytics strategy.

There are no formal academic or technical prerequisites required to enrol in this course, making it suitable for both technical personnel and non-technical business professionals. Applicants without formal IT qualifications are welcomed through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), leveraging practical experience in administrative support, business operations, or general database management.
