These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”, “Coworker”, “User”) and iungo Solutions Limited, doing business as iungo (“iungo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to iungoworks properties, facilities and membership services (“iungoworks service” or “service”). You agree that by accessing this service, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with all of these Terms & Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the iungoworks service.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be added to the Coworker Handbook from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason and will notify you of any material change to these Terms & Conditions by updating the Coworker Handbook. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms & Conditions by your continued use of the service after the date such revised Terms & Conditions are updated.

MEMBERSHIP & AGREEMENTS

Memberships

All memberships provide access to a dedicated workspace which includes an electric standing desk, 24 inch monitor with HDMI input, and an adjustable office chair, for a set period of time as determined by the type of membership.

The term “dedicated” should not necessarily imply “exclusive use” of the workspace in question; the usage parameters are outlined for each membership.

Part-Time Membership

A Part-Time Membership entitles you to 10 days per month of access to a dedicated workspace, bookable in advance, during the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Saturday. This workspace is exclusively yours during these set hours on your chosen days, but may be available to other Coworkers outside of your booking.

You can opt for the same workspace for each day of your booking, provided that the workspace has not already been booked by another Coworker. You can make bookings up to 3 months in advance.  Part-Time Members are entitled to 30 mins complimentary meeting room usage per day.

Full-Time Membership

A Full-Time Membership entitles you to 6 days per week of access to a dedicated workspace, bookable in advance, during the hours of 08:00 and 21:00 Monday to Thursday, and 08:00 and 17:00 Friday to Saturday. This workspace is exclusively yours for the duration of your membership and you do not need to make a booking.  Full-Time Members are entitled to 2.5 hrs complimentary meeting room usage per week.

Virtual Membership

A Virtual Membership entitles you to utilise your chosen iungoworks property address for your registered office address. Your Virtual Membership includes mail handling and forwarding services to your chosen residential or alternative commercial address, ensuring compliance with new Companies House legislation.

A registered office address, required for every UK company, must be a physical location within the company’s country of incorporation (England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland), according to Companies House. From March 2024, it cannot be a PO Box and must be an “appropriate address” where documents can be delivered and acknowledged.

It is essential that you include “iungoworks” in the first line of your registered address to ensure that mail is correctly delivered. If your address does not include “iungoworks” your mail may be undeliverable by the sender or inadvertently declined by the receiver.

Co-Occupational Licences

A Co-Occupational Licence entitles you to occupy a specific space within iungoworks and provides greater opportunities for organisational visibility and branding, and negotiable benefits including extended access times. The term “occupation” does not imply “exclusive use” of the whole property, however, some licences may include areas which can only be accessed by the Licensee and authorised representatives of iungoworks.

Co-Occupational Licensees are entitled to the same benefits as Coworking Members. See Section 6.1 for more information.

Licensees are entitled to 2.5 hrs complimentary meeting room usage per week.

Bank of Desks

A Co-Occupational Licence for a Bank of Desks entitles you to exclusive use of the specific desks for the duration of your Co-Occupational Licence. Depending on availability, Co-Occupational Licences for between 2 – 8 desks may be available.

Each Bank of Desks comprises an agreed number of dedicated workspaces which include an electric standing desk, 24 inch monitor with HDMI input, and an adjustable office chair per workspace. The bank of desks is available for the set period of time as determined by the length of the Co-Occupational Licence, and may be varied or extended upon mutual agreement of the Coworker and iungoworks.

Private Serviced Office

A Private Serviced Office comprises a private office room and access to a communal kitchen facility.  Depending on availability, Co-Occupational Licences for Private Serviced Offices accommodating between 1 – 7 desks may be available.

Each Private Serviced Office comprises an agreed number of dedicated workspaces which include an electric standing desk, 24 inch monitor with HDMI input, and an adjustable office chair per workspace. Serviced offices may also be equipped with a flat-screen television and hybrid meeting set-up if agreed.

The period of use of the Private Serviced Officer is governed by the length of the Co-Occupational Licence, and may be varied or extended upon mutual agreement of the Coworker and iungoworks.

Guest Access

Day Pass

A Day Pass provides access to a hot desk workspace which includes an electric standing desk, 24 inch monitor with HDMI input, and an adjustable office chair, during the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Saturday.

Day Passes do not need to be booked in advance but may be booked up to 3 months in advance by emailing iungoworks@iungo.solutions or using the online booking system. You can arrive at iungoworks at any time during the Day time opening hours outlined in Section 5 and purchase and utilise a Day Pass during the same visit.

Twilight Pass

A Twilight Pass provides access to a hot desk workspace which includes an electric standing desk, 24 inch monitor with HDMI input, and an adjustable office chair, during the hours of 17:00 and 21:00 Monday to Thursday.

Twilight Passes do not need to be booked in advance but may be booked up to 3 months in advance by emailing iungoworks@iungo.solutions or using the online booking system. You can arrive at iungoworks at any time during the Twilight opening hours outlined in Section 5 and purchase and utilise a Twilight Pass during the same visit.

Visitors

Visitors who are attending meetings or utilising a Private Serviced Office at the invitation of the relevant Licensee do not need to purchase Day or Twilight Pass. However, if they wish to utilise a workspace in the Coworking suite, they should select and purchase the relevant pass.

Visitors must adhere to the Visitors Policy at the relevant iungoworks host property.
