Cancellation and Non-Completion Policy

Policy Principle

iungo Solutions is committed to providing high-quality, industry-recognised training. Our programmes are often fully funded by government bodies or corporate partners, meaning that a fully-funded or subsidised place for a participant represents a significant financial investment

By enrolling in a learning programme with iungo Solutions, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations, withdrawals, and assessment attendance.

Cooling Off Period

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your initial enrolment, provided the programme has not yet started. During this time, you may cancel your place with no financial or professional liability.

Cancellation Fees & Financial Liability

Once the cooling-off period has passed or the programme has commenced (whichever is sooner), the following fee structure applies to enable iungo to recover administrative costs and lost funding.

Cancellation TimingLiability / Fee
7+ days before startNo charge; place is reallocated to the waiting list.
Less than 7 days before start£50 Administrative Fee
Post-start withdrawal (dropping out or no show on first day)£250 Administrative Fee
Assessment No-Show (Failed to sit exam or taken exam at another centre)£250 Administrative Fee

Mandatory Assessment Attendance

The successful completion of your programme is defined by sitting the final assessment.

  • The “Point of Completion”: If you attend the training but fail to sit the final assessment, iungo Solutions may lose its ability to claim funding for your seat.
  • Liability Trigger: Failure to attend a scheduled assessment without 48 hours’ notice and a validated “Mitigating Circumstance” (see Section 5) will trigger the £250 Non-Completion Fee.

Assessment Extension Request: You must submit a formal request to defer your assessment deadline or examination booking in accordance with the Assessment & Examinations Policy. Only one assessment extension request is permitted per participant.

Unauthorised Withdrawals (“Ghosting”)

If you fail to attend three consecutive sessions or fail to engage with Google Classroom for 7 days without prior notification, iungo Solutions will:

  • Automatically terminate the enrollment.
  • Issue an invoice for the £250 Non-Completion Fee.
  • Notify any relevant funding bodies or employers of the unauthorized withdrawal.

Mitigating Circumstances & Deferrals

We recognise that life happens. Fees may be waived or a deferral granted if a cancellation is due to:

  • Medical Emergency: Hospitalisation or long-term illness (medical note required).
  • Bereavement: Loss of an immediate family member (deferral may be granted by cancellation will not be possible)
  • Mandatory Work Change: Unforeseen change in shift patterns or redundancy (Employer letter required).

Deferral Request: You must submit a formal request to move to the next cohort at least 48 hours before your current programme start date. Only one deferral is permitted per participant.

Debt Recovery & Future Eligibility

All invoices for Cancellation or Non-Completion Fees are payable within 14 days.

  • Unpaid Fees: Failure to pay will result in the debt being referred to a third-party collection agency and may impact your credit rating.
  • Exclusion: You will be barred from all future iungo Solutions programmes, career coaching, and alumni networks until all outstanding liabilities are settled.

High Risk Participants: If you have cancelled or dropped out of three or more learning programmes, deferred from any programme(s) three or more times, or you have failed to pay an administrative fee within the 14 day period, you will be deemed a high risk participant. iungo reserves the right to take a refundable deposit of £250 upon enrolment, or refuse your application, as it deems appropriate.

Commercial Fee Payers

If you or your employer is fully or partially funding your curse, you should read this Policy in conjunction with POL-0047 Refunds Policy.
